THERON reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our website at any time. The price payable for the Goods shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered. Advertised prices are in Australian Dollars and are all inclusive of GST. Sometimes typographical or human errors may occur, in which case we will try our best to quickly rectify, but we hold no responsibility for.

All prices quoted on the THERON website are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer screens they are being viewed on.

Garment care
We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry clean only, including embellished pieces, cashmere and delicate fabrics we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner.

Order Acceptance
Once an order placement has occurred, you are engaged in a contract that sees you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered. Once an order has been placed with THERON, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. This email does not promote acceptance of the order, it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless an order is cancelled by you – the buyer -order acceptance does not occur until THERON has emailed you informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once this has occurred, the sale contract has concluded.

If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.

Payment Information
Payment can be made using PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled – a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately.

By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. This is especially relevant for overseas orders.

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at THERON. We want you to be able to order from theron.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Our online ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to hbrand.com.au. using a 128-bit encryption.


We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our premises.

Standard Delivery $14.50 (AUD) – Receive your order within 4-6 business working days.

Express Delivery $17.00 (AUD) – Receive your order within 2-3 business working days. 

International Delivery $35.00 (AUD) – Receive your order 3-7 business working days.

Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, THERON is able to deliver to a PO Box address for Australian orders only.
You must use correct and complete addresses, including a company name and contact at the company where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

Delivery Information
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;

Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
Orders which are placed after midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the next day. Therefore unless you place your order before 12pm, it will not be actioned until the following day.
Please allow at least 1-2days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and THERON will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
International Deliveries
International Shipping is available but the fee will vary from country to country. Please email info@theron.com.au before your purchase is made to find out the shipping fee to your international destination

All orders are in Australian dollars (AUD).
International orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.
We use a courier for our international deliveries and they require a signature on receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Our courier will attempt delivery to the same address on 3 consecutive business days.
On international deliveries we can’t deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer C.O.D on any orders.
You may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

Returns & Exchanges

At THERON, we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund to exchange or return subject to the points below, although please note there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, unless the items are flawed or damaged.

1. All items must be returned via registered post to the following address:

2. All items must be returned within 7 days of the original order being placed.

3. Items must be returned unworn and with original tags intact.

4. You must include the original receipt with your return.

5. Refunds will exclude any postage costs.

6. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.

7. Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Your obligations to us using Afterpay for payment, you agree that you must:

1. Pay any applicable Fees associated with your use of our Products and your Afterpay Account.

2. Not provide us with any information that is false, inaccurate or misleading.

3. Ensure any information about you, including your contact details, is true, current and complete. If your information changes, you must update it through your Afterpay Account.

4. Not use your Afterpay Account or our Products for any unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity.

5. Cooperate fully with us to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity on your Afterpay Account.

6. Be aware of and pay any taxes that may apply to your use of our website.

7. Not permit others to use your Afterpay Account, or allow anyone else to have or use your account password details.

8. Not use any technology (device, software or hardware) to damage, intercept or interfere with our website.

9. Immediately contact us if you believe that your Afterpay Account may be subject to an unauthorised transaction, account takeover or other type of fraudulent activity or security breach.

10. Authorise us to disclose Card-related profile and purchase behaviour information to third parties (including, without limitation, Visa and MasterCard) for the purpose of eliminating fraud and illicit behaviour.
